Grace Street is the Mid-Shore’s only Recovery Community Organization (RCO), offering evening and weekend peer support for those impacted by substance use. Their team helps identify barriers and build paths to stable, healthy lives. Grace Street also leads local harm reduction efforts—including the region’s first vending machine with Narcan, fentanyl, and xylazine test strips—and conducts ongoing street outreach.

Maryland Mid-Shore Intergroup ("MSIG") provides assistance and resources to alcoholics. Like regular A.A. groups, they carry the message of Alcoholics Anonymous:"to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety."

Al-Anon is a support group for people who have been impacted by another’s drinking. Use this website to find support group meetings and resources.

Chesapeake Voyagers, Inc. promotes wellness and recovery by providing resources, education, and a strong support network to adults who are living with and are working to overcome challenges associated with mental health and/or addiction. Our services are free and do not require insurance or a referral.
